How a specialist gets into our network.

    We check every tool certification, portfolio piece, and public work sample the specialist claims.

    Skills test

    Every specialist completes a practical, paid test job on a sandbox account — same format as real work.

  3. 03

    Reference review

    Two independent references per tool claimed, contacted and documented.

  4. 04

    Paid trial

    First three real jobs are shadowed by a senior specialist and graded against the written scope.

  5. 05

    Ongoing grading

    Every completed job is scored. Drop below our quality bar and you’re retrained or removed.

The guarantee, in full

If the scope isn’t met, we fix it or refund you.

Every service page on Ask Nimble lists a written deliverable. That deliverable is the promise. If what you receive doesn’t match it, we re-do the work at no charge. If we still can’t get there, we refund you in full.

No essays. No approval chain. No “are you sure?” follow-ups. The written scope is the contract.

What counts as “scope not met”

The listed deliverable isn’t delivered, the listed inclusions aren’t included, or the work doesn’t function as described.

How long refunds take

AI-fulfilled services: refund in hours. Specialist services: refund within two business days.

Free revisions

Every service lists how many revisions are included. Extra revisions are always flat-priced, never surprise invoices.

What isn’t covered

Changes you request outside the listed scope (that’s a new service, not a revision). Broken accounts you shared with a third party after delivery.

What we do (and don’t do) with your data.

Encrypted everywhere

Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Credentials you share are stored in a vault, never in logs.

NDA on every specialist

Every specialist signs a mutual NDA before joining the network. Violations mean immediate removal and legal recourse.

Never shared across clients

Client data is siloed. A specialist working on your account can’t see or use data from any other client, ever.

Never used to train models

We don’t use your data — prompts, content, results — to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a vendor’s.

Credential-free delivery

Every service that can be delivered as a guide is delivered that way on request. You run the steps, we never touch the account.
