Terms of service
Last updated: April 15, 2026
This is a summary-first draft. We're writing a full legal review with counsel — email legal@asknimble.com for the current executable version. We keep this page short and honest. If anything is unclear, please write to us and we'll answer in plain English.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, placing an order, or using AskNimble in any other way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll let you know before any material change takes effect.
2. Description of service
AskNimble is a marketplace that sells fixed-price digital services. When you buy a service, we route the work to a specialist in our private network (or, for certain defined services, to an AI fulfillment system we operate). Specialists are not visible to buyers — AskNimble owns the client relationship and is responsible for delivery.
We cover 95+ tools across nine categories. If a problem doesn't map to a listed service, we'll say so and either propose a bundle or decline the work.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything done under your account. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, email security@asknimble.com right away and we'll help you lock it down.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use AskNimble.
4. Payments and refunds
Every service has a fixed price shown before you buy. Your card is charged at checkout and work begins immediately. We don't take deposits, we don't bill hourly, and we don't add charges after the fact.
Refunds: if a deliverable isn't met, we fix it or refund you in full. For AI-fulfilled services, refunds process within hours; for specialist-delivered services, within two business days. Full detail lives in the refund section of our help center.
5. Deliverables and scope
Every service page lists exactly what's included — the deliverable, the turnaround, the number of revisions, and any inputs we need from you to start the work. That page is the source of truth. If the work you need falls outside that scope, we'll tell you up front and help you pick a different service.
Starting a service requires the inputs listed on the service page. If we're waiting on you, the clock pauses; if we drop the ball, the clock keeps running.
6. Specialist network
The person or system doing the work is intentionally invisible to you. This is not a freelancer marketplace — we vet, train, and manage the network ourselves. You buy from AskNimble; we handle everything behind the scenes.
Every specialist signs a mutual NDA before they touch a single project, and we never share data from one buyer with another.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't use AskNimble to do anything illegal, to harass anyone, to break another service's terms of use, or to spam people. Don't share malware, don't attempt to break into our systems, and don't scrape the catalog at scale.
If we see abuse, we'll pause the account, refund anything applicable, and, where appropriate, report it to the right authorities.
8. Intellectual property
You own the work we deliver to you — the code, the configs, the copy, the dashboards, everything. We keep the right to operate the AskNimble platform, our brand, and any general-purpose templates or tooling we build internally.
You grant us a limited license to use your inputs and deliverables to actually do the work, to show anonymized case studies (only with your consent), and to improve the service.
9. Limitation of liability
We do our best work, but no service is perfect. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AskNimble's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that's in dispute. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited — for example, fraud or willful misconduct.
10. Termination
You can close your account any time by emailing help@asknimble.com. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we'll always explain why when we do.
If either side ends the relationship, any in-progress orders either get delivered or refunded — we don't leave work half-done.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware in the United States. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email (and we try hard to resolve disputes by email) goes to the courts located in Delaware.
12. Contact
