Getting started

How does Ask Nimble actually work?
You describe what’s broken, we match you to a fixed-price service, you check out, and a specialist (or our AI fulfillment layer) starts work immediately. You never see a profile, never bid, never write a brief. See the full flow on our How it works page.
Do I need an account to buy a service?
No. You can buy any single service with just an email address. Accounts are optional — they’re useful if you want to track multiple orders in one place, buy bundles, or save payment details.
How fast is “instant,” really?
Work begins the moment you check out. Most specialist services are claimed within one business hour. AI-fulfilled services return first drafts in minutes.
What if my problem doesn’t match any listed service?
Type it into search anyway. If our routing engine can’t match it, a human will review and email you within the hour during business hours. Triage is always free.

Specialists & privacy

Who actually does the work?
A vetted specialist from our private network, or our AI fulfillment layer for well-defined tasks. Their identity stays private — you don’t pick a person, you buy an outcome.
Can I request a specific specialist?
No. The product is the outcome, not the person. We hold the quality bar by routing the right specialist to the right job, not by letting buyers pick.
How are specialists vetted?
Every specialist passes a credential check, a paid skills test on a sandbox account, two reference calls, and a paid trial job graded against a written scope. Full details on our Trust page.
Is my data safe with a random specialist?
Every specialist signs a mutual NDA before joining the network. Client data is never shared across specialists, never used to train models, and never stored outside our vault. On request, we’ll deliver the work as a step-by-step guide so you never share any credentials.

Pricing & payments

Are prices really flat?
Yes. The number on the service page is the total. No platform fees, no rush fees, no surprise line items. Our Pricing page has the full philosophy.
Do you charge hourly?
Never. We stopped billing by the hour on purpose — hourly pricing rewards slow work. Every service is flat.
Do you offer subscriptions?
No. Every service is pay-per-use. No memberships, no tiers, no annual commits.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. For stacks and bundles over $2,500, we also support ACH and invoicing on request.

Revisions & refunds

What’s the refund policy?
If the written scope isn’t met, we re-do the work at no charge. If we still can’t get there, we refund you in full. AI-fulfilled services refund in hours; specialist services within two business days.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Every service page lists how many rounds are included (usually 2). Revisions that are our fault never count against your included rounds.
What if I change my mind before the work starts?
Before a specialist claims the job, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellations fall under the scope guarantee.
Can I buy more revisions if I need them?
Yes. Extra revisions are always flat-priced and clearly listed. No surprise invoices.

Tools & coverage

Which tools do you cover?
We currently support 95+ tools across 9 categories: email, ecommerce, analytics, pages, automation, forms/chat, hosting/DNS, dev tools, and social/content. Full list on our Tools page.
What if you don’t cover my tool?
Type it into search anyway. If we can’t match it to a fixed service, a human will email you within the hour to see if we can scope it as a custom job.
Can I buy services that touch multiple tools?
Yes. Stack bundles are designed exactly for this — we coordinate the work across tools as a single project, with one delivery window and one point of contact.
Do you add new tools?
Every week. New tools ship in batches of 5–10. If there’s a tool you want covered, email help@asknimble.com — we track requests and prioritize by demand.

For agencies

Do you work with agencies?
Yes — but our product is built for the operator running the business, not the agency running the project. Agencies use us to offload specialist work they don’t staff in-house, not to resell our services as their own.
Can agencies white-label Ask Nimble?
No. Every service is delivered under the Ask Nimble brand. Specialists stay private, but the work is attributed to Ask Nimble.
Are there discounts for agency volume?
Bundle discounts apply to agencies the same way they apply to end-customers. For very high volume (50+ services per month), email partnerships@asknimble.com.
